DAFF Project

For the past year, the Australian Government, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has provide direct support to TFF under its Asia Pacific Forestry Skills and Capacity Building Programme (APFSCBP).

In mid-2009 the Tropical Forest Foundation signed an agreement with the International Timber Trade Organization (ITTO) launching a major initiative to support the forest concession of PT Suka Jaya Makmur (SJM) in West Kalimantan, Indonesia to achieve certification under the FSC scheme.

ITTO Certification Support Project Nearing Completion
